Fitness BKS Boot Camp sessions are an incredibly effective way to lose weight, tone muscle and get fit. With our no-nonsense approach to training, you will be encouraged to work at your optimum level for as long as possible in a disciplined manor for a whole hour while still having fun. Oh and by the way, we don’t believe in the word “can’t”.
Classes are held inside and outside and are based in Bermondsey, London and they are suitable for all levels, beginers welcome.
There are class challenges as well as personal ones. Relays, team games, sprints and whole class workouts are just some of the methods applied. We also employ the use of resistance bands, skipping ropes, power bags, weights, bodyweight and partner workouts. You may have an obstacle circuit one session and then races in the next.
We apply many training concepts therefore no two classes are ever the same. This is to keep the mind stimulated as well as your body.
Individual goals are set and you are often rewarded for your progress. Like Henry Ford said “Nothing is particularly hard if you divide it in to small jobs”. Apply that to your fitness goals you’ll be successful.

You’re welcome to join once a 10 or 5 week course has started, the price will be prorated.
All classes are to be used within the 5 or 10 week program duration. We urge you to be consistent with your training in order to stay on track with your fitness goals.
The classes do not roll over from one course to the next.
